A floral, layered take on the classic Paloma

Ingredients

2oz Tequila Blanco
0.5oz LIcor 43
1oz Tropical Floral Grapefruit Syrup
0.5 Aperol
Squeeze of Fresh Lime
Fine bubble soda (Topo Chico)

Instructions

Fill 12oz highball glass with clear cubed ice or ice spear. Add tequila, Licor 43, grapefruit syrup and lime juice–stir to chill. Add squeeze of fresh lime and fill glass to top with soda. Carefully float Aperol on top (it will diffuse; you’re going for an ombre gradient effect, not stripes)
