Ingredients
2oz London Dry Gin (Citadelle Jardin d’Ete)
1oz Amaro Nonino
1/2oz Vermouth Bianco
1 dash orange bitters
1 drop rosemary syrup
1 drop lemon oil (lemon oleo saccharum or a very light limoncello)
Garnish: Rosemary sprig and thin lemon peel
Instructions
Combine ingredients and stir vigorously until ice cold. Strain into frozen coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Express lemon peel and rosemary sprig and garnish.
