Lightly herbal from the basil, with refreshing cucumber and balanced citrus and floral notes from the curaçao and elderflower. The gin brings it together with a dry, botanical base.

Ingredients

1.5 oz gin (Hendrick’s Gin would be a good brand)
0.5 oz blue curaçao
0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
0.25 oz St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
2 slices cucumber (muddled)
1 basil leaf (muddled)
Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

Muddle cucumber and basil in a mixing glass. Add liquors and lemon juice, fill with ice, and stir vigorously until cold. Strain into a martini/cocktail glass and garnish with a thin lemon peel and fresh basil leaf
